Singapore GP 2014 – Race – Results

Lewis Hamilton wins the Singapore Grand Prix and takes the championship lead under the lights of Marina Bay Street Circuit.

The Briton controlled the race from beginning to the end with just a few laps falling on the second place behind Sebastian Vettel while his teammate was forced to take the start from the pitlane.

Nico Rosberg had to retire from the race in the early laps with a car that was experiencing all sorts of electronic failures. Fernando Alonso came fourth behind the second Red Bull, driven by Daniel Ricciardo after his strategy was ruined by the safety car.
